Why Do we need PAT TESTING?
Electric Shock is the physiological reaction or injury caused by electric current passing through the (human) body. Typically, the expression is used to describe an injurious exposure to electricity. It occurs upon contact of a (human) body part with any source of electricity that causes sufficient current through the skin, muscles, or hair.
PAT Testing is a great way of ensuring that your electrical equipment is safe and fit for purpose. In-service inspection and testing is a way in which Duty Holders, employers, businesses and landlords can meet their legal obligation to maintain a high safety standard of their electrical appliances.
